How long does it take before my order is shipped?
We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard orders and 5-7 business days for all custom printed orders. Often orders are shipped before this time frame.  Either way you will receive an e-mail when your order is sent out.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size of your order. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail (Delivery time frame will depend on location).

Is a special order going to be a problem?
Not at all. Please contact us with your special requests or indicate them in the comments box on the order form. Special orders may take an extra three to four days to process. Special orders are shipped after payment is received.

Do I have to place my order on-line?
Most customers use the convenient and secure method of online ordering. However, if you choose not to order online, you may order by phone, fax or by mail. Please refer to our CONTACT US link above.  We will then contact you by phone or e-mail with instructions on how to order using either alternative. Please indicate how you wish to be contacted.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you order 10 or more cards of one design/photo number or more than 25 individual cards of different designs/photo numbers you may CONTACT US for volume discount pricing.  Volume discounts also apply to custom printed orders.

Could you design cards using photographs I provide?
This would be no problem, unless the content or quality of the photograph does not meet our standards. We can use any digital image from your camera, or you can mail a print to us. We are unable to use any copyrighted materials, unless you have obtained written permission from the photographer to reproduce the photograph. We will provide you with a quote for your custom order after receiving your request along with a signed release for the use of the photograph.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Any personal information that you share with “Sunflower Greetings” will be used for limited internal purposes, including processing your transactions, customer service and marketing. Please note that we do not share your name, email address, mailing address, purchasing history or any other personal identifying information that is collected from this site with any third parties.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company.
